🌀 What bought you to Fosfit Evans Head?
I find working out in a gym much more motivating than doing exercise at home. I also like socialising with other members and the staff while I exercise.
🌀 What motivates you to stay fit & healthy?
I use to exercise to stay young and keep my general fitness up, but 5 years ago I was attacked by a shark so exercising is now crucial part of my rehab process. The shark destroyed two thirds of the muscles in my quad so surgeons removed the damaged muscle to avoid an infection. I am still rebuilding this muscle as well as muscles in my hand which were also damaged.
🌀 What training do you enjoy?
I do a regular routine program consisting of stretching, cardio, resistance training and I also practice my kick boxing. I also combine my exercising with a healthy nutritional diet.
🌀 Do you have health and fitness goals that you’ve reached or are aiming to reach?
My main goal is to keep consistent! I am happy with my body weight so I aim to keep it in the same shape and healthy state it is, as well as keeping a positive mindset.
